Lowell Waterways Vitality Initiative recently installed these flower boxes on the bridge spanning over the Eastern Canal.
We are proud to say that the flower boxes are Made in Lowell! They were designed, fabricated and installed by Forgione Engineering, Inc. and powder coated by Coating Systems Inc.
Special thanks to Sykes the Florist and Greenhouses for their guidance and George Duncan, Founder of Enterprise Bank, for inspiring this project.
We have partnered with Middlesex Community College to assist us with watering the flowers, so that they always look their best!
